im about 6'2'', weight about 205 , but its not all muscle.....well, sorta, im skinny all over, just have a little (not big by any means) beer belly....my goal is to get a little bigger, but mainly be ripped and to get that 6 pack, the 6 pack is my main goal, then have a nice ripped, tone body.........i try to take in 2,000 claroies or less......sometimes i think i only get in 1,500...as far as protein, i take the high-5 protein shake (30 gs protein i think) once a day, and usually have a gangload of chicken for dinner.....i would say i take in about 50 grams or less of carbs......and like i said, im about to cycle of the creatine, actually at the end of this week, so thats why im wondering if i should supplement something (along with the protein shakes) to get a more ripped body (abs).......or should i just stick to shakes?
