The reppin of ya area is a part of hip-hop. From its beginnings, it was staged with the best emcees from each area. I think its original and important in a recent era which now consits of fruit loops and catchy hooks, product placement and snitches posing as thugs. When you broaden your horizons and hit some other spots other than California up you know what im talking about. I rep that shit all the places ive been. Believe me when I tell, I know some of yall feel me....we stand out. The bay is like no other...ill always rep that shit from Cali to Overseas......

I think the vets need to look at validating some new acts if they truly care about the future of our section and for the fans have an open mind, everyone has been burned on a bad purchase but take a shot at some new cats once in awhile.
I think the win win is not for single artist or groups to blow, but to put the area above the individual and make your area shine as the star. Once your area gains that spotlight we (the artist) have the power to gain the power and the money as well as make our style of music the shit to follow.

INDEED.
