Some of you guys are seriously fucking retarded. It's like you've never been on another forum in your LIFE other than Siccness. The Feds/RIAA WILL come in here and SHUT YOU DOWN for having copyrighted images, songs, movies or whatever else. It HAS happened before, it WILL happen again, and if it happens you CANNOT stop it. "Fair Use" does not apply when you have people posting up whole songs, scans DIRECTLY FROM Magazines, and so on. I'm not COMPLAINING about porn (what a stupid fuck) or anything else, I am telling you the TRUTH here.

^well not only for copyright issues, but also since a majority of the music & fans are from the bay and/or are underground artists, its to support those who make the music....if we're just sitting around trading albums then those artists won't get paid and won't make more music....its not just about copyrights, but its also a part of it

yeah fuckin Boegs hate it when you know your rights, and challenge them. I have had cops come to my house for noise complaints, so i looked up my rights and saw they needed a decible reader, and measure how loud in order to give me a ticket. also i got my cannabis card, so i learned every law about driving with dank.

first theyll ask if theres anything illegal and then ask for permission. if you say you dont and then tellem they cant search (even if you dont have any priors) that doesnt make it illegal for them to search. all they need is probable cause, and they can use anything as probable cause. then if they find shit depending on what type of case they get you on, they can then use your lieing as impeachment evidence of having no validity as being an honest person.
depending on what ive got on me and the likelihood of getting caught for it, im planning on just remaining silent and not letting my ignorance incriminate me more than necessary. but like i said, depending on what im getting popped for. if i just have some bomb on me or some shit like that, id just admit to it, and not deal with all the bullshit

maybe its different out there, but i KNOW for a fact in georgia, they CAN call a k9 to tha scene if one isnt present. they jus cant keep u their waiting for tha k9 for a certain period of time. fold.
