^^^I know my rights and i know where you goin with this...
cops pulled me and my boys over becuz he didn't signal while making his right turn..long story short, pigs searched the car with the dogs, and took our addresses and shit for there reference...did they have probable cause? no..i tried to argue with the pig, i was hot, but i was like man i dont want my boy to get a ticket so after bening the militant black man i am, lol, i kept my mouth shut and the let us go...

If you piss this guy off, or someone (his boss) asks him the wrong questions at the wrong time, he can do more than you think. If his superiors or whoever were to ask him (for WHATEVER reason), "Have you seen any Illegal activity going on on the Siccness?"......he's not going to lie (and put his job and career on the line) just to protect this site.

noone knows all of their rights unless they're a lawyer....there are basics to the shit....and not enough people make the effort to know the basics....the thing is getting pulled over and/or arrested is a different ass experience, people are nervous and may panic....or try too hard to hide something....or are just caught by the wrong people at the wrong time....

from wut i understand if u refuse to let em search, they cant search unless they hav probable(sp?) cause. now thats where j-boegs can get shady. they can say they smelled weed, they can say u act suspicious (i don't kno if THAT is probable cause for a search). but if they don't have pc, then they can bring a dog. use tha dog to search tha outside of ur ride. if tha dog signals, then that's probable cause and they can search. tha whole issue, is if u refuse, then if they don't hav tha k9 wit em, they gotta get tha dog, that might take a minute, and they can only detain u for a certain amount of time, don't kno tha time tho, but if that time passes, they have to let u go. at least thats how it is in ga. fold.

i had weed in my car but they didnt know that and i wasnt high
anyways, i knew i was bout to get pulled so i turned, and turned again and he followed so before he hit the lights i pulled over.
he comes up, this asshole guy who got that look like if there was 100 people u could know that he was the cop ya know.
well he was like do u know why i pulled u over, and i said yeah no front plate.
he said i was nervous, and asked me why, and i said because your bout to give me a ticket.
hes like well you look shakey can i search your car, and i gave him the look of are u serious...
so i said "no, for a front lisence plate, i dont see a reason for a search"
so he got mad as hell, went to the radio and tried to see what he could do. so he searched my hood and checked my cats because he was makin sure my car was street legal... i laughed at that one, just tryin to get me. i told him hes not going to find anything wrong but he kept lookin.
after like 45 min of fuckin with me, i left with a $10 fix it ticket.

thats untrue. a police dog cannot be requested during a traffic stop. the only way the dog is allowed to be present is if a k-9 unit pulled you over, or it is the very next back-up car. there was a case where someone was actually trafficking marijuana and got pulled over. the officer called a k-9 unit to the scene and the dog smelled the car and they searched it & found weed. they took the case all the way up to supreme court I believe.
