Got a large surplus of adult dvds, brand new, never opened, top quality. Length varies, from 4-6 hours...black, white, latina, asian, etc etc etc...

Is it technically ''legal'' to sell these over the net?

Hell yeah that shit is legal. As long as you don't sell to minors. Nobody enforces that shit though. If you sell them on eBay paypal will not allow you to receive payments for any type of adult material. fyi
