question about a song from Menace II Society?

First off, I gotta say the movie version is tighter than cubes actual track. Theres a version by Group Home with KRS and some other cats, sampled from the movie. The exact same beat. I got it taped on cassette, from someone elses taped copy. Still dont know the name, and still cant find another copy. The hook keeps sayin "why it gotta be like that".
