I PUT A LIL OIL IN THE PAN, HEAT THAT SHIT UP, THROW DOWN A MEDIUM TORTILLA, OR IF ITS CORN SMALL, THROW SOME MONTERREY JACK ON THERE AND SOME PEPPER AND ONION THAT I ALREADY FRIED UP AND MAYBE SOME COOKED CHICKEN, THROW ON ANOTHER TORTILLA, COOK ON ONE SIDE, THEN FLIP IT AND COOK THE OTHER SIDE. SERVE WITH SOME REAL SALSA.

I use corn tortillas with that half cheddar half monterrey jack cheese and jalapenos for a quick quesadilla, I just make sure I warm the tortilla up first then when its warm enough I throw the cheese in then either fold it or throw another tortilla on top for a bigger one.

Fuck butter the cheese already has enough fat when it melts. I don't fry it either I just throw it in the comal and im good. Im cutting down on all that greasy shit.
Yeah homie corn tortillas for quesadillas are the business. I fucks with the canned chicken from costco, some cheese and tapatio and it GO

depends whats in my fridge

green jalepinos mozerella/cherrer muishrooms onionsand i saute the vegetables before they go in the middle w cheese

put some refried beans in it with some hamburger, put some lettuce on it and its a tostada and not a quessadila lol

im the king of stoner cooking

You gotta get some Queso Oaxaca in the quesadilla and not some pepperjack, and the butter is a little weird but I'm sure it tastes good...

no other kind of cheese cannont fuck with Queso Oaxaca, every time we have a relative coming to visit from Mexico we tell me to occupy half of their luggage with Queso Oaxaca haha, and it last us for a good month...

First I fire up the placa, Its a steel plate made for heating the tortillas,
Then I get some shredded or slice thin monterey cheese spread over on it, Grab a "Mission" tortilla medium size, Fold over the tortilla and then heat up each side for a minute or two on the placa till its brown but not to burnt. I like them more crispy, if im in the mood ill throw on some of my grandmas homeade salsa.

just made a quesdilla thanks to this thread. I had two white corn torillas from the tortilla factory in santa rosa. With mexican cheese and jalapenos inside. Then on the outside I put avacado, la victoria hot sauce, sour cream and pico de gallo on top. KILLER...

i just made one with flour tortillas,,,cheddar... had some left over tri-tip and red beans and rice from last night..sprinkled some tapatio ...bomb .. i usually fuck with tapatio or cholula garlic one... but my partner swears by franks hot sauce never had . is it any good?
