Theres really no point in arguing with you because you always come back with the same response. You know whats really ironic? Is how you people say "why do you care what gay people do, it doesn't effect you" Well then why the hell do you care what religion i may be? How does that effect you? I wasn't preaching or saying that being gay is bad because God said so. I dont hate gay people, however you do hate religious people, once again you are the one who is ignorant.

i know this post is dumbass old because its on page 5 but what does it not affecting you have to do with anything? no one has said that people cant be gay. you cant compare it to being a black man because its not the same thing. you were born black, people are not born gay. we can argue that all day but whatever. the fact of the matter is that it is not normal, period. if it was then how come you cant reproduce with two people that are the same sex? why dont you see animals of the same sex together like that. prop 8 isnt going to make it illegal to be gay. as I said earlier, for as long as people have been breathing marriage has always been between a man and a woman. there is absolutely NO reason that it should change now .. none

How is it not the same thing? Black rights were fought for, gay rights are being fought for. I'm a hypocrite if I vote for legislation to deny anybody they're rights. Even if I'm not with the lifestyle, I believe that gay people should be able to do what they please, and be recognized in the same way as everybody else. Number one, you do see same sex animals, in fact, some animals are both male and female (maybe you should do some research first). Number two, it's either you are born gay, or it developes in the brain. Dont give me that "it's a choice" shit because that is bullshit.

Wikipedia itself is not a reliable source because anyone can change what is written, this is true. But more or less every wikipedia page has refrences at the bottom of the page that links to where the source material comes from (IE; articles, research papers, essays, scientific finding,etc.)

Man I keep reading these comments about "traditional marriage." But do any of yall really know what that is? It's more than just man and woman. "Traditional marriage" usesd to be marriages that were arranged. They used to be marriages for political or social purposes. But since the 19th Century that has CHANGED. Now the purpose of marriage is to find your love, and be with that person till death do part. So if "traditional marriage" wasn't used as an excuse to evolve from arranged and forced marriages back in the day, it shouldn't be used as an excuse to ban gay marriage. Everybody on here sounds like hypocrites. "Oh I'm not against the gay lifestyle, I just dont think they should be allowed to be married." Fucked up.

So you are saying now of days religious people still don't attack others for different beliefs? If you really believe they don't I don't even know what to say to you.

Where did I ever say that the atheists that do attack others over their beliefs were in the right? I'd love you point that out to me.

When did I ever attack someone on here because of their beliefs? Point that one out to me too while you are at it.

I have friends of all religions and we discuss our beliefs (or lack of for some of them) all the time. But we do it in open minded way and don't get hurt when others beliefs differ.

By the way, I'm not an athiest so I really have no idea why you keep on trying to lump me in with them with side remarks.
