IM SO FUCKEN DEPRESSED NOW, YEAH COLTS SHOULDNT BEEN IN THE POSITION THEY WERE IN AT THE END BUT GOT DAMN SHOULD HAVE GOT THE FIRST DOWN ON 3RD AND 2, NOW I GOTTA HOPE SOMEONE IN THE NFC WINS THE SUPERBOWL AND NOT THE SEAHAWKS.
Someone should be fired for not going for the first down on that play....That game was straight drama in my house...Steelers did get robbed when they reversed that INT, the Colts got robbed as well when it was 4th and inches and Fanaca? twitched and there was no flag....

Damn Colts flopped again, will it ever change?

New England beats Denver.
Pittsburgh beats Indy.
Carolina beats Chicago.
Seattle beats Washington.

I think they'll all be hard fought good games with the exception of maybe Washington/Seattle. I see Seattle running away with that one by the 2nd quarter..
I got 3 out of 4. Props to Denver..

Next week should be another outstanding game..

His knee was still touching the ground when the ball popped out. if his knee was off the ground it would of been a fumble which he did recover. but his right knee was on the ground then his left knew went up(knocked the ball out, note*his right knee was still down when it popped out) which made it an incompleted intereception. I could sworn after they watched the replay the ref was given a little hand book. Then he mad his desicion based on a nfl rule.

What rule? That was clearly an interception. The refs should all be fired for the way they called the game today..

Seriously...I hate the Steelers and even I was like Whoaaa....that was a fucked up call.

On a side note, the Bus must have done something right in his past life...if Harper ran that back...that would have been a shitty way to end his career.

Nope. According to the NFL today it was a judgment call as to whether he had possession of the ball or not. Here's the ref's quote..

Morelli said: "I had the defender catching the ball. Before he got up, he hit it with his leg with his other leg still on the ground. Therefore, he did not complete the catch. And then he lost the ball. It came out, and so we made the play an incomplete pass."

So he caught the ball, but then didn't catch the ball? Makes sense to me..

You understand...you just don't agree with it. I think most of the world doesn't agree with it either though.

It will be interesting to see what the head of the officials says...they always have him on the NFL network where he explains all of the quesionable calls. I see this rule being changed in the offseason..it has to be.....

Also, what about the 'do-over' play? I don't care for either team but if they didn't see that Faneca flinched they should've called encroachment on the D. If it were up to me I'd make it so almost everything is reviewable. That should've been a false start which would've made Pittsburgh punt it.
