Hey, I love bbq chicken too breh but this thread is about potatoes. Go make a bbq chicken thread if you want to talk about how great it is.

Now back to potatoes.

I'm positive this one is wps but everyone should try potato pancakes.



They are kind of like hash browns except you make a pancake out of them by adding flour and eggs too. I like to throw in a little garlic in the mix as well. Also if you are feeling kinky you can top them off with a dollop of sour cream and some hot sauce of your choice. Delish.

I make the best potato salad ever! That's like my signature dish.
But my baked potatoes, fried potatoes, mashed potatoes etc. are also top notch...

I'm German...I know potatoes!
