^^^ i dont think it's 40 last chance...

i personally believe that the bay is already back... the nation knows about us now....

we are getting heard....

it's not a matter of 40 blowing up.... theres a lot of talent here.... it's just a matter of making a huge single "a hit"...u know what i'm sayin...

i been to the east back and fourth many times.... they know about us....

the nation is just waiting for new and fresh talent...

and we got a lot of that

I think Tell me when ta go is the joint man...it's better than any mainstream song on the radio right now everywhere and everyone knows it..from Bay to the A to the NY period. Plus the video is a breath of fresh air compared to all the hoe ass video's that been coming out for the past 7 years..But if this does get the bay on...ALL THE BAY ARTISTS WHO AIN"T ON THE HYPHY SHIT BETTER GET READY TO CHANGE YA STYLE TO THE HYPHY SHIT CUZ THAT"S WHAT THE WORLD WILL EXPECT US ALL TO BE ON OR ELSE...really just a joke but kinda foreal...

that song isn't going to make or break the bay. It definitely isn't the most important single in bay rap history fasho. There's been other's more important. I think it's e-40's most important song to date but not the bay.

The reason I pick "Tell Me" over one of the songs from the 90s is that hip hop is way bigger now than it was even 10-12 years ago. This shit is even more universal now.

I'm not sayin that Digital, Pac, Luniz, Too $hort etc wasn't important. I'm just sayin that theres a big ass load of listeners out there who know nothing about Bay rap, and this is the one thats gonna hopefully bring us back to the forefront. And for the ones who were down with Bay rap back in the 90s who wondered where the hell our music went, this will be the reintroduction.

Let me add that most of the younger hip hop listeners(across the board) dont know anything about the bays history..and our part in this game...from the mid 80's to the mobb era...the lifestyle the lingo etc. that was borrowed or stole...from pimpin on wax, to slumpin beats for the trunk...to old schools whips...to breaking down the D game on wax....to the independent hustle and grind....poppin collas...popos...playa hating...captain save a hoes...got they cape on tight....Fashizzle...fasheezy...ear hustlin...soak game....i could go on for many moons....u get the idea..this gets the bay the needed exposure...to the newbies...not that we need there respect or approval but lets be real...if u really live this hip hop shit..ya should know ya history on it
and the bays defintily got a portion that isnt knon or reconized..except in the bay and bay supported regions...(kc, sea, dirty south etc)

Most Important to me was MC Hammer's turn this mutha out...he was talkin about not gettin respect from NY..at that time which was significant to the west coast when YO MTV raps was ground breakin ...yall might clown hammer but hes the one that helped make the BAY Official
