I think realistically, like in the show, if the person has had surgery, and is taking hormone pills to become a woman, put them in the women's prison. I dont think theyre gonna go around raping women. I think theyre worse off in the men's prison and more damage is inflicted on everyone from being in the men's prison. Then again, how many rights do u get for being a murderer. On top of it, i think its up to the state to determine to recognize this person as a woman and no longer as a man. Like i said though, this dude/woman didnt make it easy for himself/herself or anyone else.

why dont we just fix the prison system so it is has much better security, and there actually rehabilated to not commit crimes, the original purpose of prison. that way these horrible conditions dont exist..

i can't be 100% sure cuz of the sunglasses... but i think that's somebody i know and she's actually really pretty in real life... & she doesn't have her hair like that anymore...

true, and they should with all the money thats poured into making them, especially here in california. However, the average person in america doesnt give a fuck about what happens to "criminals".

i mean, not every picture of every person is always the most flattering...

you can see one picture of somebody where they look a certain way, but that doesn't necessarily mean they look the same all the time...

and if that is who i think it is that picture is at least a couple years old...

people do sometimes change their appearances over time, that's all...

people can look quite different in person compared to their photos...
