basically anything that involves your friends list. getting in touch with them,talking to them,setting up games,etc is far superior on live. i click on a friend and i have every single piece of info on them. what games they have been playing,if i can join the game they are playing. if they are playing call of duty it will say something like "playing team deathmatch on airfield" so you know exactly what they are doing. i can even talk to them when we are playing 2 totally different games. i can playing gears and talk to him while they are playing madden,doesnt matter
thats why i get frustrated when i play ps3,its a pain in the ass to get a game together because you are so limited on how you are able to contact them. all you can do is invite them,thats it. you dont know if they are in the middle of a a game or what. i end up on my cellphone for 15 mins trying to get everybody into a game. its the main reason i buy games on 360 instead of ps3.

if the only reason you can come up with is talking to friends thats not a good enough reason at all why x-box live is better. you can send messages to people at all times on psn. thats good enough for me. ive seen you say youve had connection problems on PSN but thats bs as far as what ive experienced, my connections always been good.

it doesnt make a difference either way,its all about preference,i was just curious what makes you prefer PSN over LIVE,cause honestly most people i know that have both consoles prefer LIVE
next time just say "i like psn better cause i own a ps3 and not an xbox"...its easier that way
they have 2 exclusive online only games as far as i know,warhawk and socom. warhawk is dope and socom has to be the worst shooting game i have played in years. its like they released it a year before it was supposed to finished,that game has so many bugs its unbelievable. thats coming from somebody that has played every socom religiously. not only does socom suck,it is a prime example of sonys sorry ass servers. i have socom since day one and dont think i have got in more than 2 full games because of lag and server issues. like you said,that might just be me but i can only speak for me

man, xbox and ps3 suck dick in graphics compared to a pc.
Get yourself a quad core, 4 gig of ram, 2x 9800 GTX cards + a couple of logitec gamepads and you too can be a beast like me

i cannot even find a single minute to play any video game on my pc.
Jake - XBL does sound good from what you've described. I haven't been able to access the Playstation Store to download Home yet, the store doesn't seem to be working.
Sniper - Something about sitting at a PC to play a game doesn't feel right to me for some reason, I'd rather play on a console and TV

anyways.... I have seen/played with both online systems... and Live is a lot more I dunno how to say it... "polished"?? seems like PSN limits you to the game you are playing. and can't cross game invite to let your friend know that your on and trying to play game, if that friend is playing a different game.
I like being able to cross talk on games too... I'll be playing Mass Effect and talk to my buddies playing halo or somethin. its really tight.
