Wallace was injured in the playoffs, his back was twacked out. As far as Gasol, I would not have given up Deng for him, and that is why we didn't get him. We lost game 6 because Hinrich couldn't get going, and Ben Gordon made the usual stupid mistakes with the game in the balance. Wallace didn't produce like he did in years past, but he didn't have an athletic player like Rasheed Wallace like he did in years past. P.J. Brown is good, but if we had a guy like R. Wallace alongside Big Ben, it would make the world of difference! I just hope we can try and pry KG from Minnesota without giving up Deng, or land Oden or Durant in the draft!!! We find out Tuesday what pick we get.
WE DIDNT HAVE TO GIVE UP DENG FOR GASOL. THEY WERE ASKING FOR P.J. BROWN AND EITHER OF THE STARTERS. IT COULD HAVE BEEN BEN WALLACE AND PJ BROWN FOR GASOL. AND U DONT HAVE TO WAIT TILL TUESDAY, WE GOT NUMBER 9 PICK IN THE DRAFT THANKS TO THE KNICKS TRADE WE DID FOR CURRY LAST YEAR.

Check your facts loco, they insisted on Deng as the center of the deal, also, the draft lottery is tuesday, and we still have a shot at a top 3 pick, that's why I say, wait until tuesday.

Yea, but I was hoping for a better pic. Even if we got Gasol, dude plays NO defense, and we still might not have beaten the pistons. Say your shoulda, coulda, wouldas, we didn't get him(thank god), and we didn't beat Detroit. Even if we went to the Finals with Garbage ass Gasol, we still would've gotten our shit handed to us by the Spurs.

I WANTED TO KEEP THAT GUY SO BAD. 4-TIME DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR BUT SHOWED NUTHIN BUT AVERAGE THIS YEAR. HE SHOULD HAVE STAYED WITH DETROIT. I WAS HELLA JUICED WHEN WE GOT HIM. I HOPE WE CAN GET SOMEBODY GOOD FOR HIM
You won't get much for Ben Wallace.. 15 million a year was a rediculous price to pay for a guy who is going to decline greatly as time goes on.

He is a guy who will be hurt by age because the reason why he was so good at his position was because of his quickness (will decrease and has decreased) and his jumping ability to block shots and grab boards (been decreasing over the past four seasons).

Ben's stats:
02-03: 6.9 Pts, 15.4 Rebs, 3.2 Blks
03-04: 9.5 Pts, 12.4 Rebs, 3.0 Blks
04-05: 9.7 Pts, 12.1 Rebs, 2.4 Blks
05-06: 7.3 Pts, 11.3 Rebs, 2.2 Blks
06-07: 6.4 Pts, 10.6 Rebs, 2 Blks

My prediction for next year...

5.9 Pts, 9.9 Rebs, 1.7 Blks

He'll be near impossible to trade, too, unless you throw in Deng because of that terrible contract he has.
