1. Wash your sheets, blankets, comforters. Vacuum both sides of your mattress and boxspring, as well as flip your mattress. Dust and vacuum your room.

2. Use an antibacterial soap like Safeguard.

It doesnt matter what kind it is, just make sure its antibacterial.

for pimples dont use those scrub soaps with the beads, as they irritate the skin/pimple and make the pimples worse. dont take showers in hot ass water as that makes it worse too. gently rub soap on your back and rinse. the rougher you are with them the worse they get.

should work on your back too. make sure you get the bottle that says for normal to oily skin instead of the one in the picture that says for all skin types.
