Okay, you wanna get big, eat this in a day (wake up in the middle of the night to finish it if you cant, i do).

(from left to right)
=============
8-10 slices of bread
2 glasses of wine (as long as i dont drink any other alcohol that day)
3 Kiwi
Unknown Amount of Peanut Butter
1 yogurt
1CAN of spinach
1CAN of baked beans
1 Chunk of chicken
1 QUART of milk
1 large Shark Steak
1 Apple
4 Amino 2000 pills
1 TURKEY NECK (thats what that weird thing is) or replace with TURKEY BREAST
5 slices of cheese
1 GALLON OF WATER
1/3 to 1/2 (sometimes more) POUND of Beef
3 tomatoes
10 Eggs (2 whole/8 whites)
1CAN of Mackeral
1 Stock of Broccolli
A FEW protein powder shakes.

Some ingredients to the diet are switched, such as seafood sources.

I forget the value of the total diet, but i think it was between:
4000-4500cals
Around 320g. protein
enough fat
i forget the carbs...

But im training for a lift on JUNE8. So im eating a lot lately.

i did that shit in vegas and had to run all the way up back to the room and as soon as i sat down BLAAAAAAARRRRRPPPP!!!!

I can easily spend 50 bucks in 3 days, but usually i bargain shop. I stocked up on tuna cans last time. Got 30 cans for 14 dollars.
I guess maybe $350 dollars a month if i spend right.

I usually buy whole turkeys and chickens, as much unprocessed as possible, and cook em and eat em for a whole week instead of buying processed foods.

Fuck everyones bodies are different, what works for one doesn't always work for another. I eat about 1/5 of that much food, just more veggies, and a gallon of water also. All I do is run everyday for 20 minutes, and light liftin like push ups, pull ups, and small free weights. I've been chillin at 185 for a few months, 5'6". Basically if I ate that much I'd be the fattest guy around.
