What up Swick! Long time no chop. Hope things are goin good for ya. He's now in the process of appealing with the Supreme Court. I believe we should know something within the next 2 months so I'll keep ya updated. RES is doing good. Got a lot of tracks done for his next album which will be dropping sometime this year. just out of curiosity. what ever happened to the 3 strike rule? 6 felonies = a couple years only? either way, dont know the dude, but thats irrelevant. his life took a shitty turn, and i of course, offer my condolences and hope things pick up for him.

just 1 Question JL: How you gonna get CONVICTED of being GUILTY on SIX different FELONIES and have NOTHING to even do with it?

I know for damn sure that there's not a motherfuckin badge on this earth that's gonna get me convicted for anything I didn't do. Or even a few things that I did do for that matter.

This reminds me of when Gonzo Journalist Hunter S. Thompson was facing 5 felony charges regarding drugs, assault, detonating explosives, and some other shit. He ended up tearing the fuckers up in court for their lack of evidence and ALL 5 counts were dismissed due to this fact.

In any case... sorry to hear this guy's locked up. Its obvious he does a lot more for the advancement of his community outside bars, and thats always an unfortunate circumstance.

I see it on Mediacom but other than that I don't know where it can be found. but it is very interesting for all those fear and loathing/Hunter S. Thompson freaks. It goes pretty in depth.

Everyone that was there got those counts, not just him. He was just how they say, at the wrong place at the wrong time. Just imagine being somewhere with friends not knowing what's going on and all of a sudden getting arrested. Even though the other folks were doing something illegal and he wasn't, and his friends even told the feds he wasn't part of anything, he still went down just because he was there. I really don't want to get into too much details about it, but just know that my boy should not be locked up. FREE PETOS!
