Personal antivirus removal???

My girls pc just got this shit...Does anyone know how to get rid of this without paying for another downloaded spyware program?? Her shit fucked and cannot uninstall it??

"SpyBot" and "Malwarebytes' anti-malware" are free...they got rid of some viruses on my comp pretty easily...

not trying to be a wiseass but do a google search. I battled with some spyware program that took over my cousin's desktop and looked totally legit but wasnt. there are a few good forums out there that can help you.

If it is, then Malwarebytes or other programs won't do SHIT...Either get it professionally removed or reformat.
