1. Eliminating forceout on receptions
2. Allow teams to defer to 2nd half after winning coin toss
3. Field goals and extra points can be reviewed
4. Any direct snap from center that is untouched by the QB is a live ball (it used to be a false start)
5. All facemask penalties are 15 yards
6. Helmet communication for defensive player

Failed:
1. Changing the playoff seedings
2. Long hair change

you may want to reword the facemask part.....not ALL facemaks are 15 yards...just like before blantant facemasks are still 15 yards, but what used to be minor 5 yard fask masks just will not be called now

Same thing just if the Wild Card team had a better record then the divisional Winner they were facing.. the Wild Card would have gotten home field advantage.. Like this year the Giants were 10-6, but had to play @ Tampa who was 9-7 because Tampa won their division. I woulda been for this.. cause it would make team's play out the entire season.. instead of sittin their starters the last game and shit..

I don't know about that.....I mean, they gotta do something about it, but since its a penalty it would be kinda corny.....its like reviewing a holding call or a false start.....I just think they need to be more strict about it cuz there's alot of PI calls that get blown
