Wow this why i love boxing gotta say that was the fight of the year. Manny got over confident and jumped right into that beautiful counter. Both came in looking for a KO and put.on a hell of a show.Marquez should probably retire now on a huge high note. If i were pac id take one more winnable fight maybe Rios and call it a career.

Gamboa looked rusty as hell. He needs a couple stay busy fights before taking on a world class fighter.

Gesta looked like a bum.

For the people that didn't want to see a 4th fight, this is why it happened. Redemption for Marquez in a lot of ways. Now he finally will get the spotlight he deserves even if this was his last fight which hopefully isn't

his entire motivation for boxing the past few years was to beat pacquiao so I think he's going to hang them up. But what this KO does for his legacy will live on forever.

Only fight that makes sense right now is Timothy Bradley. I don't know how much motivation JMM would get from a fight like that after beating Pac.

Manny is done, comrade. After the Bradley loss I said he needed to hang them up. Manny isn't hungry anymore.

crazy thing was that was the best pacquiao looked in a while, as far as his footwork, his head movement, his combos, the intensity of his attack and overall fluidness of his game. But that was probably the strongest looking Marquez we've seen as well!

yeah I actually agree, he is done, that was a brutal KO loss. But one more fight, maybe against Rios in the Philippines as a retirement fight or whatever, I wouldn't have a problem with that. It's hard for guys to walk away from the sport on a loss like that.

honestly i didnt think Marquez was gonna pull this out cuz this was the best Manny has looked since fighting Margarito/Cotto/Hatton. But in my head i also thought Manny might gas totally out by the 8th round cuz i dont think he has nearly the stamina he once had and was very aggressive in the first 4 to 5 rounds.

It would be good if he went out on a high note, I wanted Mike Tyson to go out on a high note, but when a fighter lacks the hunger that is required to stay at or near the top, it's a wrap. No need to try to redeem himself. He'll go down as one of the greats, people will always question him and Floyd, but it is what it is now. Just go ahead and retire. If not, he's gonna end up being like Holyfield or Jones. Fighting cab drivers and journeymen. He's gonna get killed in front of his wife. Just leave that shit alone and go do politics or sing.
