yeah no problem.. just make sure you follow it down to every detail in the instructions for it to work at its max for you. And drinking water goes hand in hand with it.. makes it work even better.

well since u brought up shoulders i did fuck up my shoulder a while back while doing bench press (went too far down or something...too much weight?!!) Shit has never healed right i cant seem to go as far down on the bench pressing anymore without some pain so i stop about 80% of the way down.........With that said i got really bad tennis elbow cant even pick up a gallon (or half gallon) of water with out intense pain....Been icing and taking 3 advil every 8hrs for a while now and my Dr. said if no progress by the end of march i need a cortison(sp?) shot....
The duke or earl pretty much hit it on the head. I tore up my rotator cuff over a year ago and barley started benching again maybe 4 months ago. I switched to the powerlifting style and it feels so much better on my RC. Floor presses are another great exercise too, it takes a little to get use to them as you cannot use any leg drive, but it has also helped with the mid point in my bench which was a weak spot for me. Sometimes I also do towel presses, just roll a towel into a ball, put it under you shirt and bench onto that, it sort of ends up being like a 1 or 2 board press. Also look up rotater cuff exercise's and do them after every bench or shoulder day ( not sure how your workout split is set up ) it will help trust me.
