As much as people are gonna hate 2 hear this the most overrated rapper in the bay is Keak Da Sneak. His flow went from unique to plain sloppy, his lyrics went from tight to simple at best. Keak use to make the beat sound tight now a days the beat makes his song sound tight. 1 thing Keak has is the ability to choice a tight beat, he has a ear for beats. I also think Federation is overrated, I really haven't heard a stand out track where they come spit fire lyrically. I haven't heard a track that proves to me that there anymore then just "hyphy" rappers. By that I mean they haven't made a tight non-hyphy track. IMO if it wasn't for Rick Rock's slaps I don't think there would be anything special about Fed Gang.

I dont even wanna know who you think is tight.
Lol. I like. . .

Messy Marv - (Not the best. But, I like him.)
San Quinn - (Consistent.)
Federation - (Each individual sounds good within the group.)
The Team - (World Premiere had a lot of good songs on it.)
Yukmouth - (Definitely is tight. Just needs to tighter beats.)
Jacka - (Not one of my fave's. But, he's cool.)
V.Jones - (Haven't heard an album. But, really liked the songs I've heard.)
E-40 - (His album might not have put up big numbers. But, I liked Ghetto Report card.)
Big Rich - (I didn't like his single with E.A. Ski. But, I think dude can rap.)

As a former keak fan this hurts to say buts its gotta be said.Keak is Done. He is the most overated nigga in the bay right now. He must be off that num num juice cuz he don't even be makin sense no more, his beats is recycled, the verses is recycled, he ain't got no delivery no more. He goin off his past street cred. He ain't had a decent album since Copium. Think about it. When was the last time you really were slappin a keak song on repeat???? Superhyphy okay i'll give him that one but what else????

I agree with you to a certain point with The Pack and The A'z. I enjoy both of the groups music but they truly aren't that great of RAPPERS. Both of these groups are receiving a lot of attention, but honestly they don't compare to other groups like The Team and Frontline. As far as production wise you must have not seen Sean T's catalog, dude got skill and has the ability to be extremely diverse and versatile (which can't be said about most producers in the rap game). Traxx is relatively a new cat on the scene so he's establishing his sound (his trademark) that's why I imagine some of his beats sound similar (like lil jon 4 example), they slap regardless. Give the dude time and he'll come to his own and expand his skills. San Quinn is another dude I think is lightwight overrated. He got lyrics, but dude's flow and delivery sound the same on each song which aint good cuz IMO dude got a boring monotone voice, he's contantly rapping off beat.

At first I thought Keak was cool with the way that he used sound in his music back when Super Hyphy first came out. Now it's just getting retarded, one out of ten words is an actual word.

Well, maybe, I'll listen to more beats he's done. But, the one's heard IMO just didn't seem to have that "major" sound to them. I'll listen to some more though.
