PS For the record I aint from Sac I just live here which haz nothing 2 do with my personal taste. I have my own opinion & where I'm from haz no influence on that unlike your "gotta follow the Bay azz".

i think keak is too overrated. people mostly bump his songs because of the beats and the fact that he made the word hyphy. i can barely listen to him anymore and his voice is really annoying to me now

Anyway back to the topic

Keak - Used to be tight back with 3 times and i still bump some of his older shit.. but his delivery and lyrics just horrible now he one of the most hyped up rappers in the bay and not even in the top 10 talentwise.

San quinn - Good rapper and i fuck with quinn but imo not consistent enough comes weak way more then he comes clean.. has a real monotone voice and cant really write good hooks. His older shit better then his new shit tho.

Messy Marv - Even though i fuck with mess i think he is overrated by most people.. lyrically he is nothing special people like him for his flow/swag/delivery. Mess still aint dropped a real solid album imo.

Its more but this just for now.

I got people in the Moe, Nickatina is a king, you dont talk shit or disown a boss cuz u aint feelin a couple of beats, i understand where ur comin from but nah mane you dont just go call him overratted after all the gold n hustle he put out thats disrespectful

i can admit...

I'm 22, going on 23 and i grew up listening to a lot of what my older brother was listening too... it was a lot of e-40, the click, rbl, quinn, dre dog, celly cel, etc, etc... But you know what, I never really listened to a lot of mac dre.. i just didnt grow up listening to him...

but about the topic, I think mac dre is cool.. but i think he's WAY OVER rated... nodody really talked about him 5 years ago.. i mean the hardcore fans did. But it wasnt till he died, that THATS ALL MUTHAFUCKAZ could talk about.. "thizz this, thizz that, blah blah blah"

i got to battle these 16,17,18, year old kids that think MAC DRE is better then pac, big, shit and even eazy-e..

i mean shits getting out of hand.. he was good, (and i've been bombarded with his new material by fans) BUT he wasnt THAT GOOD!
