Okay. My friend was getting prepaid Visa Gift cards, and I guess they were loaded with Stolen credit card numbers. He went up with me to my girls job and bought 1000 dollars from her work with them in more pre paid visa cards. She just got escorted out by the police and they are prosecuting her for credit card fraud. On camera they have him Scanning the cards, and her ringing him out for the other gift cards. She lost her job and Im trying to help her out any way I can. Any information and suggestions will be appreciated a ton and ASAP....this just happened. Also do you know what she will get as opposed to him? I figure there has to be some way she can get out of it. She didnt know they were stolen credit card numbers, They were just on the prepaid visa's like you get at Wal-Mart. Please help and thanks ahead of time

Lol. Good luck with that. You guys knew what was up.

I suggest that she be pretty, and smear her eyeliner with tears, fuck her hair up a little and give a mean blowjob.

That might work.

Well dude you're talking about a Federal felony charge, yes? Credit card fraud... that shit is no joke. And they must have been watching this go on for a while. It's not like he used the card and some alarm traveled through the power wires all the way to DC, and the FBI dispatched the Blues Brothers with a Men in Black car to the store in time to catch everyone, I would guess.

The story sounds shady as fuck to me... How is she going to explain why she was selling gift cards to a guy using a gift card with stolen credit information that she just happened to know.

Generally, for a credit card fraud case to be investigated on a federal level, there needs to be more than $2,000 in charges.

I dont know..I figured maybe someone either had a situation they knew of like this and what happened to that person...She honestly didnt know they were stolen credit cards loaded on a prepaid visa. I dont even know how you load one up like that. I mean its a wal-mart prepaid visa with no name on it.

Dude... I don't care if the card had a name on it or not. If someone is using a prepaid card to buy prepaid cards, I'm going to ask what the fuck is up. ESPECIALLY if I know you.

If it is decided that the crime is a misdemeanor then the initial punishment is likely to be 90 days in prison. Repeat offenders can expect a year. Of course, felonies carry stiffer penalties. Felonies are normally 2000 dollars or more..

Im Trying to figure something out. My girl is freaking out..She really didnt know and the cops dont believe her.
