If you're going to beat his ass at least make it slick, otherwise you can be charged for shit. Just go confront him and if you ever beat him up and the popo asks any questions you can say it was in self defence. It'll be his word against yours and his credibility will be shit.

torture works well. break some bones slowly. take a sledge hammer and break each individual finger bone in both hands. also break his jaw and possibly his knees. i would go with the knees first. ribs are good as well. try to use one of his ribs to puncture his lung. beating the bottoms of the feet works very well too. he could get extreme pain for the rest of his life and would have extreme difficulty walking for the rest of his life. also beating the soles of the feet leaves no marks.

or just pop in Misery and take cues from Kathy Bates...


or if you wanna be seriously cruel, watch a few episodes of Surviving History on the History channel and construct some of the medieval torture tools they have on there.... they tell ya everything you need, and they even test them out to see exactly how they work and how much damage they do... pretty damn good show

the midevil torture device i like is having the rats in a box and lighting the top on fire so the rats burrow through the victims stomach.
