OK I GOT A VISTA LAPTOP.
IT HAS VISTA HOME BASIC
I GOT VISTA ULTIMATE BURNED ON A DISC
CAN I RE-INSTALL VISTA OR DO I NEED A
SPEACIAL VISTA DISC INSTALL BECAUSE A LAPTOP HAS DIFFERENT DRIVERS LIKE THE WIRELESS INTERNET DRIVERS ECT.

The best thing to do is go on to the manufacturers website and download all of the drivers and burn them to a cd. The laptop might have came with a cd with all of the drivers first but make sure you have them either way because it is going to be a pain in the ass trying to get them when your laptop won't connect to the internet. But it will need to be a clean install where it erases everything so you will need all of the drivers.

but yeah u will need to download all the drivers. dont waste a cd/dvd...u can put it on a usb stick or something.
