A month ago I ordered this CD off their website. They also sell this on their myspace site. It's been a month now and I still haven't received anything. In addition, they don't reply to any emails.
anybody else that have ordered this CD? It was quite expensive for a new CD. why do artist put up CDs for sale when they obviously don't handle shipping or email replies afterwards?

I paid $30for the CD and 10 in shipping, which means a total of $40. I checked the oftb web site and they are only offering downloads of the album, so I guess they're out of stock. However, I ordered the CD while the CD ordering option was still available. If I should make a guess I'd think they were out of stock when I placed the order and never bothered to issue a refund. but that sucks big time anyway. I have ordered plenty of CDs directly from other artists and they've always come true with the CDs. If I have contacted them I've always got a reply within short time. So why they won't answer any of my attemts to contact them is beyond my comprehension.

It is possible for me to file a complaint through paypal, since I sent the money via them?

GO post up at mrmakaveli.net about this, one of the dudes selling it posts on there regulary
I tried to register on that site but I never got any registration confirmation mail. I tried twice with different email addresses, but I haven't seen any mails at all so that's where I am at the moment. I guess I should just give up and realize that they fucked me for real. What I don't understand is why they would be doing this to fans that actually are willing to spend money on their music.

Yes, no mails have gone to the junk folder. I haven't asked for a refund through paypal yet. I have just completed the registration on mrmakaveli.net (it just took some time, 12h, to get the registration mail) and I have placed a thread about it there. Hopefully I get a reply from someone that can help me out. Otherwise I'll have to ask for a refund through paypal. Yes, they might have missed the order, but I still, I have tried to contact them at least three or four times, both via email and through myspace.
Anyway, I guess I'll never get the CD from them since they have removed the CD ordering option on their website. Which sucks by me, I don't like downloading, makes me feel like listening to those old pirate copied blank tapes, LOL. I prefer real silver discs with a real cover...
