Campbell will start vs. Miami

Raiders coach Tom Cable with regard to pulling Jason Campbell in favor of Bruce Gradkowski at his post-game press conference:

“(Jason) will be the starter next week. There is no issue there. As we could all see, it didn’t make a lot of difference.”

Cable said the injury suffered by Trevor Scott “looks to be” an ACL injury. That would mean he is out for the year.

He said he didn’t see the play in which Richard Seymour was ejected for striking Ben Roethlisberger in the face.

Bruce did look better... but let's be real...

anytime you have a decent QB coming off the bench they're gonna play better, considering the other team didn't gameplan for them

also... we were in garbage time by the time Grads came in... so he can complete those dink and dunk receptions pretty easily

and he didn't do THAT great anyways

13/24 for 98 yards, no TDs and an INT

both our QBs are mediocre, and neither is much better than the other

I say we claim Jason is starting, then start Bruce... the following week say Bruce is starting and start Jason... just to fuck with the other team... they won't know who to gameplan for

neither of them have proven they're a clear cut starter, so we might as well

campbell doesn't just throw picks, he fumbles all the damn time. by the time bruce came in, our options on offense were very limited. campbell got shook after the first quarter, scary ass motherfucker. he takes a couple of hits and then loses his composure.

bruce didn't come in until the game was already over. he makes quicker reads and just gives us a better chance to win overall. campbell sucks, our D, run game and jacoby ford were able to cover that up for a few games

I'm ready to see Gradowski, Campbell gets rattled. He had time and threw some bad balls... Not saying we lost cause of Campbell but Gradowski improvises and gets rid of the ball quicker.

Campbell was 7 of 19 for 70 yards with an interception, Gradkowski was 13 of 24 for 98 yards.

let's see here, campbell played about 3 quarters and bruce played about 1. hmmmm, campbell looked like a deer caught in the headlights throughout the game and continues to be a fumble maching.
