Wide receiver T.J. Houshmandzadeh caused quite a stir during an appearance on ESPN early Friday morning. Although the Minnesota Vikings were not initially thought to be a likely destination for the veteran, Housh remarked on how nice it would be to play for a team against whom opposing defenses could not focus on him, saying, "I'm looking at teams I think have good coaches and good offensive lines and good running games. I have no idea if those teams are interested in me. If I can play with Adrian Peterson, can you imagine what I would do getting one-on-one coverage with Adrian Peterson? I am going to win 98.6 percent of the time with one-on-one coverage with him in the backfield."

NFL Network's Adam Schefter reports the Ravens signed CB Dominique Foxworth on a four-year, $28 million contract.
Foxworth, virtually given away by the Broncos a few months ago, receives a whopping $16.5 million guaranteed as one of the top corners available. Foxworth will start opposite Fabian Washington as the Ravens move from a veteran-laden corner duo to a tandem squarely in their prime.

Bengals re-signed S Chris Crocker to a four-year, $10 million contract.
He's getting $3.5 million in guaranteed money. The Bengals scooper Crocker up for free last October after the Dolphins released him, and he was a big factor in Cincy's improved defense down the stretch. He's slated to start at free safety next season.

Jaguars re-signed CB Scott Starks.
Starks, mainly a special teamer, missed most of the 2008 season after tearing his ACL in September.

Titans re-signed FS Vincent Fuller to an undisclosed contract.
They couldn't retain Albert Haynesworth, but at least they maintain stability in their secondary. Fuller will return to his nickel back role again in 2009
