Akuma isn't a just a clone, his arial moves as well as his death super whatever it's called thing (lp, lp, ->, lk, hp) make him more unique than ryu & Ken who are simply a white & Japanese version of each other. I play with akuma before Ken or ryu, but he's not my #1 choice at any rate. I wish they would make Chun Li's specials like the first MvC, where she had the big ass ball, the yapyapyapyap access the screen and the death strike in the air.

It's still bullshit that Jill is DLC that you gotta pay for tho :ermm:

Capcom's Vs. franchise has a long, proud history of serving up epic, cheap, larger-than-life final boss battles that serve to annoy you as much as thrill you. In the past players have had to face characters like Apocalypse, Onslaught and Abyss. Marvel vs. Capcom 3 goes one step further, serving up Galactus, a cosmic being from the Marvel Universe that must devour planets to stay alive.

He hungers.

Galactus should come as no real surprise to fans of Marvel Comics. With the stakes being raised every game, and with a title like "Fate of Two Worlds," the notion of involving a popular and powerful "villain" like Galactus isn't too shocking. Plus footage of him leaked about a week ago. (Surprise!) Below you'll find the first official trailer for the character as well as a few screenshots – check our image gallery for more.

In case you're wondering, the battle with Galactus isn't as simple as fighting the purple behemoth himself. When you first reach the final stage, Galactus can't be bothered with your meddling. He's hungry and would rather focus on having lunch (read: an Earth is the main course). Instead he creates not one but two Silver Surfer-esque heralds, which are metallic versions of villains from the game, like Dr. Doom or Dormammu. The best part? You have to fight both at the same time.

Fortunately the two heralds share one health bar, so with a bit of skilled execution, dispatching these two should be no problem. If it is, you're in trouble, as Galactus will swoop down on you immediately once his two lackeys have fallen. Don't expect any mercy, and don't expect a health refill. Even better is that Galactus's health bar, which rests vertically on the right side of the screen, seems to have the stamina of about three characters. The Devourer of Worlds has attacks that are absolutely brutal, particularly once you wear him down a bit. One move in particular can hit you up to 200 times, so it's probably a good idea to have all three characters going into this battle.
