OFFICIAL GTA 4 MEGA THREAD

My 360 froze the last time I played GTA 4. The next day it said "Unreadable Disc" to every game, CD, DVD. Does anybody know if they're gonna have a patch for the 360 to correct this like they did with the PS3? I'm about to break this game and I've only played it for about 5 days.

Nah it's in perfect condition. I bought it the first day it came out. Played it a few hours for about 5 days and then it messed up my 360. Xbox sent me the coffin and I just got my 360 back this past week. During the time that I didn't have it, I seen all these forums and bulletins that mentioned that it was fucking up both consoles. The PS3 got a patch for it about 3 weeks ago. I hope the 360 gets one too but a homie of mine said that one isn't coming out. GTA4 is just collecting dust. I'm thinking about selling it for $20 or $30 now.

my xbox 360 is pretty new though.. manufactured this year i believe.

My 360 is from mid 2006 but I've only played it about 40 hours overall.

Man let me say this game is great. I'm almost done with the storyline.

Playing Multiplayer online alot.

Funny shit is I have bout 38 ppl on my buddylist incl. the Sicc member I added in the xbox tag thread. On the average when I go on there's bout 8 buddies playing. 2 weeks ago you would see GTA IV as the game their playing. I go on tonight...I see like 5 COD4, a Mass Effect, and a GOW, but no GTA players lol

YEEEEEEEEAH!! I just got my 360 back and now i get to enjoy GTA4 all over again lol.. Ima restart it and play from scratch.. Maybe i'll get tha under 30hour acheivement this time.

Fuck yeah it was. The motorcycle shit was dope.

How in the fuck did that guy get the timing down for the helicopter to pool jump though? Thats insane.

In every GTA game, I always try and complete all of the stunt jumps they put in. there is just somethign about mobbin around and fuckin up shit in a car that is fun to me.
