LMFAO@ all you suckas who own a 360...the reason gta4 has problems on a 360 cuz the game wasn't even supposed to be made for that system.gta's always ben a playstation release the only reason why its on 360 cuz they wanted to make more money and not many people own a ps3..blu ray disc can hold a whole lot of data to the disc unlike a 360 which came with 2 disc one for the gameplay and the other for online which is wack as fuck....step your game up to a P 2 the S dot 3..mob figa shit boy...lol..

thats weird cause i only got one disc with my version for the 360 and my shit hasn't messed up yet (knock on wood)?

Well I believe they've worked on the game for four years and started developing it first on the 360 since the PS3 wasn't even out yet.

Yes, I remember the articles coming out saying that the PS3 had issues which was part of the reason for the delay, but it was later revealed that the main reason for the delay was to complete the online game play.

And yeah, crazy how much time/effort/people went into this game.

And I thought the PS3 is the version that is actually having problems right now. I didn't know the 360 version had any problems. I know PS3 people had to delete there saves and such do to problems.

I have the PS3 60GB and have had zero problems with GTA4 (about 50% completed so far). There have been reports of freezing issues on both systems, along with other problems as well. Some of the fixes recommend were to delete and reinstall, or disconnect the ethernet cable, etc. Lots of 360's have got the red rings of death too while playing gta4, but that might be unrelated to the game though since that's a known issue.

GTA has always been a multiplatform release. The Original (Grand Theft Auto, not GTA III) was released on PC the same time as PS, and GTA 2 was released on the Dreamcast, PC, and PS2.




And so you know, about the Blu Ray bullshit... San Andreas takes up more disc space than GTA IV.
