none, you finish off the year, make the playoffs or get a lottery pick. 1 year and hella money comes off those contracts making them easier to move. and by then there will be different players available. who knows which nba player is going to demand a trade next.

of course I'm a little biased, but shit, just wait to try and pick up Amare Stoudemire when him, Lebron and damn near every young superstar become a free agent after next year. He doesn't really bring any defense but neither does anyone else. lol

im gonna have to agree with you. although i like this trade...there's gonna be too many of the same type of player on the floor who would rather score than pass the ball. but then again, it doesnt hurt to have another guy who is capable of scoring 15-20 points a night. we'll see what happens and how Nellie fits him into the system.

You gonna have to give up way too much to get Lebron. Why tear ya whole team up for one player, and then have gaping holes at every other position? Amare(bad knees and all) would be dope. But honestly that would make us the Suns, and they can't get over the hump wit him. We might need to get a young gun out the draft.

Agreed. Harrington is a tweener that cant rebound or play D as a PF. Getting rid of him is addition by subtraction. I would've been happy to deal him for an expiring contract and just buy it out.
