u crush up captain crunh peanut butter flavor and use that on the breading of deep fried chicken tenders, go flour then egg wash then captain. dip in a good honey mustard, wala
that dont sound to bad....i just go oldschool, i mix all my seasoning in the flour, but i go, egg, flour, egg, flour....comes out wit a nice crust, works real good on boneless, skinless chicken breasts too

naw, this is the real.

take boneless skinless chicken breasts, marinade in your favorite marinade. throw on some bbq sauce, and bake until done. (dont know exact time and temperature, moms always makes this) then when they get out, let them cool a bit, put a small coat of sour cream on the top. that shit is so bomb.

then she takes shredded potatoes and mixes them with chives and cream of mushroom soup, then fries that in some oil until golden brown and kinda crispy. make them about twice the size of a ritz cracker, and pretty thin. top with sour cream/chive mixture. add some mixed veggies and you got a hella tight meal
