BUT as a blue collar working American, Obama's plan seems to work best for me and my family. Companies that don't create work in the United States should not be getting tax beaks for shipping jobs overseas. Our economy is suffering and we need to do whats best for everyone here. Obama's plan calls for tax breaks for people making less that 250K a year. Even small businesses that make over 250k will only be taxed on the portion OVER 250k, for example a small business that makes 300k will only be taxed on the 50k over 250k.. They'll still recieve credits for the 250k earning. Companies that keep jobs in the US will also get a tax break for every new job created for AMERICANS.
Exxon Mobile set record breaking profits just this week, shattering their own previous profit record, they don't need any goverment assistance. A lot of Rebuplicans are even voting for Obama because they don't have faith in McCain. What is McCain talking about besides what Obama is going to do? McCain has not been clear on his economic, education, and energy plans. Drill Baby Drill, what ELSE?!?!? 5k for healthcare wont be enough for the average American family. Companies will be forced to look for more profitable places to set up shop. You're going to be forced to buy coverage in cheaper areas, when the companies turn around and move to jack up the price.
McCain's judgement comes into question when you see who he chose as his running mate and other people to surround himself with. Obama surrounds himself with the most knowledable people whether Republican or Democrat. Joe Biden has a wealth of experience with Foreign Policy, Warren Buffet is an economic master, Colin Powel is an experienced Military advisor. Palin... literally just a joke. No real master of goverment policies or basic knowledge of the Constitution. Obama was a Professor at Harvard teaching Constitutional Law.
Obama has the charisma to mend relations back with out Allies. We need to stop looking like Bullies and more like the Powerful country we are. All media is biased, so you have to keep yourself informed by looking into each candidates plans. Don't rely on what Fox, MSNBC, or CNN tell you. Learn these things for yourself and go out on Tuesday and vote for what candiate has yours and the country's best intertests in mind.
