The West aint just Sac to Bay to LA. The West is not just California. That's one reason why the West is doing bad. Not including the entire West. Cali is the majority but Washington, Oregan, Arizona & Nevada are also part of the West. And in Cali there's a lot more better music then just them 3 spots u named.
