I've never had that sleep paralysis shit but I know folks who have and it doesn't sound fun at all.

I get those inbetween sleep and reality episodes all the time though.

yeah, i used to get that shit like every two nights...shit fucks up your head a little bit...ive actually seen somethin holdin me to the roof of my living room, but it was just a big ass shadow....and as soon as it let me go i woke up on the floor, gaspin for breath, and whats fucked up is i wasnt sleeping in my living room when it happened, i was in my room in my bed.NO SHIT....i think theres more to the the sleep pralysis shit, i think its demons

Yeah, when a horlicks me up before bed I usually don't have a hard time falling to sleep.

nyquil liquid is the shit....usually its the cherry flavor mixed wit pepsi....take the time sippin on that shit.....90 minutes or so to kick in....result is 7 8 hours of good sleep...not even the phone ringin will wake me up......them gelcaps dont do shit...i b wakin up every couple hours and shit....not enough medicine is in them 2 tiny gelcaps

well i used to take ambien everynite but now i take seroquel. A couple times after i took the ambien my dumbass would roll a blunt half passed out, smoke it, and then go drive around for like 3 hours. I dunno how i didnt kill anyone or myself, o well :ermm: But yea the seroquel just knocks me out
