i'm from northern cal...i personally think there's quite a few norteno rappers tha suck..some are dope.....only reason i heard sureno rap was cuz my cousin broke into a car and came here wit a bunch of CD's...wack ass shit tho..threw it in the trash...only sureno rap i thought it was decent..it was Brownside and Spanish Fly.....other than tha...the rest of the shit i heard was toilet material....
