Depends on what Mavs show up...the ones that have been playing lately (with Kidd) could get beat by any of the top 8 teams in the West. The Mavs that ''could have been'' after this trade could compete with the tops...but I don't like to dwell on what could have been, so I'll say that this Mavs team would lose to the Rockets in the playoffs.
ok they can end up being #8 before the month is out too...so what's your point? the warriors can end up being #1 before the month is out too...the west is too close...standings mean nothing right now. the 5 games they got coming up with LA, BOS, NO, GS, and PHX could kill them and turn their momentum COMPLETELY around.

my point is there better than ppl made them out to be, thats all i'm trying to say. IMO they can beat any team in a series but will they is the Q. with Yao out they look even better specially on D and u know that ol saying that defense wins championships. oh and yeah everyone in the NBA gets there runs and there streaks going but everyteam that had this long of a streak has gone to win the finals so if u really wanna judge on shit like that then they should be pegged to win the whole thing right lol

Skizz u know u my nigga boy!!! U the coolest blazer fan I know! And as for Adelman I didnt think he choked, I still to this day that they got jobbed against the lakers but thats just me. Also Adelman has many times got out of the first round so hopefully for McGrady's sake he can do that atleast!! Got Em!!
no i'm not saying that homie. i'm sayin no1 gave them any chance and was saying they the new blazers, then yao left and everyone was sayin good now my team will get bumped up but there in the 3 spot right now or maybe higher after this game i'm not sure. i know many ppl get grab the 1 spot but alot of ppl saif they would be knocked out but they look even faster and better without that big motherfucker
