Personally, they can't. I know it's hard enough in America, but if you have none of the above, theres no way people outside of America are gonna hear of you. I know we're not your target audience (most bay artists would probably only sell 1% or less of their albums overseas), but you need to try and hook up with someone - when it comes to selling big overseas, it's who your down with and features thats gonna sell albums because we're all sheep over here (I'm NOT including myself in that category). In Adelaide (my home town in Australia), you can only find the occasional Yukmouth, Spice 1, Mac Dre and C-Bo albums. I was able to pick up Bluez Brothers, just because it was a 'C-Bo presents' album. You could bring out the worst track of all time, and as long as it features some talentless rapper like 50 cent, it'll make the charts here.
