Back in the day when the Niners used to blow the Falcons and Rams out may have been a little boring. Not for me though...because I used to love watching that Montana/Young to Rice connection. But to say the NFC West is boring now isn't right. That division is wide open... I think the Niners are going to win the division but that's just my prediction.

I think you're taking it too serious as far as the "hating" goes. I think we all come on here and talk bad about each other's teams just for the fun of it... but that maybe just me.
As for the NFC West... I remember the Niners used to blow everyone out. Then the Rams started blowing everyone out. Now it's more competitive if you ask me. I saw some pretty good games last season. One stood out in particular. Niners vs Seahawks in Seattle... when Alex Smith broke that Kelly Herdon tackle, scrambled, and then hit Frank Gore for the winning TD. To me that was exciting. What about the Seahawks vs Rams rivalry? They've been in some really good battles as well.

My dad is a Raider fan and my girl is from Pacifica so she is a 49er fan . So I get to hear about both sides a little. All that I can say is my father is one of the very few Raider fans that knows football really well. Most of the Raiders fans I've met are real ignorant dumb mu' fuckas that don't know shit about football. Again, that might be because the majority of them were young. It also might have something to do with I met most of them in the Pen several years back, lol. The majority of the inmates and C/O's were Raider fans, lol! Me being the die hard lifetime Steeler fan that I am, I would always shut them up with two words: Immaculate Reception!!! As far as the Niner fans, I never really had arguments with them. Maybe it's because both the Niners/Steelers have one for the thumb and QB's who went 4-0 in Super Bowls! Bleeding Black & Gold 4 Life... GO STEELERS!!!
Nah it was boring because there was only one good team and no real challengers. Last year the Niners and Rams stepped up and the Cardinals were the only team that wasn't doing shit. Before that it was just the Seahawks doing things and everyone knew who was gonna win that division. It's not the same anymore.
