exactly. in everything i read about it, tech and pac desided to do the song, the beat was made, pac did his verse, and a week later while tech was writing his verse, pac was killed. the song was canceled because of pac's death, and a few weeks later, pac's people contacted tech and said that they wanted to finish the song, so tech finished recording his verse and sent it to them
