ok try this though 1 time. Jump rope for 30 mins. And when you get tired just walk around and swing the rope in like a figure 8 motion. I did that for 20 minutes yesturday and i was about to die and thats why i ain't smoke but 1 and half cigarettes since yesturday. I never used an elliptical but tend to think the fancier the equiptment the softer the workout. im telling you jump rope it might be what you need to quit or atleast cutdown. i also went dumb on a heavy bag after that for 15 minutes too.

i used to fuck with winstons but now im back on Camels. tried to start smoking pall malls cause they're slightly cheaper but A. they taste like shit and B. those motherfuckers last too long. ill be sneakin outside during work to have a quick cig and the pall mall lasts like 10 minutes lol. fuck i look like takin 10 minutes off every hour and a half lol

i smoked a grape backwood in vallejo on some mac dre shit and the next day i had a fever of 103 and couldnt get out of bed

spitting up blood and shit

had to drive back to san diego that day and i actually stayed 2 days longer cuz of that

never again

i think someones baby got me sick but the backwood apparently lowered my immune system to 0
