I don't know but I think its Ya Boy who they were playing the other day the song was called "put ya stunner shades on" it cut E-40's part from the end of "tell me when" as the hook.
It was pretty fucking sick... I couldnt realy tell who it was cuz of static but at the end of each verse he kept saying ya boy...
