and as for Q...i hate to say this but ur starting become the KANYE WEST of siccness, u got skills but the way u been actin on here is gettin old, i remember our convo awhile back when i hit u askin u howcome u hadnt posted in awhile and u said u got tired of the drama in siccness...i cant think of one instant recently where youve been on the defensive, lately its been u that has initiated the issues...and dont take it personal cuz i aint got no issues with u i'm just lettin u know how it looks from the outside looking in
kanye west is a multi-millionaire.... I have no problem with being that, its' a compliment, i'd take his advice or life over yours anyday.......
and as far as d00d'z comment about framing, yeah you can cut the arm or the torsoe to frame it, but the cut part goes against the edge of the frame.... how the hell does someone paint a cutoff arm explain that to me? it doesn't make sense.. I mean you could have painted it cutoff, cut it out then moved it, that would make sense... but to draw it cutoff on purpose when you have the extra space to keep drawing doesn't make sense, you would have had to have drawn a straight line down that area on purpose and the brush strokes would be different in that area....
I don't give a shit who can paint or draw, I paint & draw myself, that's why I know it's not correct......
if I do a cover & chop somebody arm off everybody gonna comment on it the same way, that "IS" the "FLAW" in the piece of work

I really feel like people should be smart enuff to understand when i'm working hard on a project and when i'm not... I do "ALOT" of graphics to get money because i'm a full time graphic designer..... like over 90% of my joints are str8 for money.... every now & then I do one for design purposes and even then i'm typically getting money off that too......
i'm doing alot better than you are, how can I take your advice?

this has nuthin to do with me givin u advice, or u being better then me, to each is own and i definately dont live off this...i'm a fulltime employee who makes decent money to have a roof on my head, food on my table and gas to put in my cadi. the reason i said u just contradicted urself is cuz u had posted this...

in order for someone to tell you what to do or how to do it, they have to bring to the table a business plan or option that is better than what you are already doing.
my points about both of these guys were valid......
if they are happy with what they do, I would applaud them
all I told nevasoba was that it looked kinda suspicious because the way the arm was cut off on his "PAINTING"... I never seen anyone paint something cut off before....
c-4 I offered a tip on how to correctly do text.... and the thing about that tip was, I am correct.. any college art teacher will tell you that, most of you have never had formal art training and do everything by eye, I offered to him "HELP" more than anything....... then he got pissed off and tried to tell me how to run my business & all this other shit..... and I corrected him on that..
I am willing to interact, I am willing to take all criticizm, but don't think everybody is always going to be right and i'm always going to listen to what they say, because i'm not, and I wouldn't expect them to listen to me at all times either......
the reason I keep saying I make more money than most people on here is because that right there lets you know what type of business I do, instead of doing it how they do as a hobby and trying to take every project to maximum potential, I work almost like a printshop would work with huge amounts of orders & fast turn-around.......
of course they can spend alot of time on a project and make it hot, so can I, don't look at some shit I slapped together and judge it against some shit they spent weeks on and consider it the same because it's not.
I feel like i'm the better artist because I can do high quality work in hours.... most designers cant. you have to understand what my skill is, it don't just consist of hot graphics, it consists of FAST TURN-AROUND times, Good Results, and Good Business. Every Project isn't going to be str8 fire.. it's not designed to be and the artist didn't care if it was...... that's the point most people are missing

I already knew that...... or how about the "Its Not Your Best Work".... i'm like? I wouldn't even rate it my best work myself, so the shit people say is obvious, I agree with them... at times my replies are a smart ass comment because i'm on this bitch on the regular, any moron should know my work level and if I post a camera phone cover then they should already know I didn't consider it my best

well, that's how I felt about it, it honestly looks like shit to me and looks like someone could have done it with a cutout filter... why the fuck would somebody paint shit for hours to have it look like that and the arm cut off? that shit is hustling backwards... I didn't like it... if I saw it somewhere on the street I'd say the same thing, if my homeboy painted it i'd say the same thing.....
