That interview could have been 1 minute long and you could have still received all the same information.
But following up "They treated me bad cuz I'm a gangmember" with "I'm not a gangmember, I don't hang around a crowd like that" etc maybe shows some serious brain injuries...
And I need to get prescribed some 'volumes' too.

Of course mess sounded bad, do some of you guys not get it? Mess is trying to CASH OUT! At this point we all know who did this, I mean fuck they filmed it. No one has been arrested of at this point that we know of. I think he knows who did it, but I also think he's smart enough to know that rattin those people out will not fly with the streets, but also with this rap shit. Which is how he feeds his family like every other rapper. Shit what's he gonna sue the guys that did it? Broke ass bitches hit the lick wearin like k swisses splittin that shit 5 ways. Implicating those guys would hurt him more than help him on several levels. However, the circus circus has deep pockets, and he has an easy case on his hands. Let's say your in Walmart and the floors wet and there's no wet floor sign up, would you "slip" in that shit if I told you you could cash out with a cool 10 grand? I would fuck big businesses over every opportunity given!
I don't really see Circus Circus being liable for this. He opened the door, which let them get in. If they broke down the door or got in by fraudulently getting a keycard from the front desk then he'd have a case.

Yes he opened the door, coulda been the cleaning lady. Point is he was 16 floors up, they have security cameras as well as a security crew at the circus circus. They went to his room at like 3-4am to rob him. Somehow Hyfe managed to sleep like a baby next door and no one was called during the beatdown. After being robbed, he woke up from the ass whoopin and tried to call the hotel for help. Which no one responded. So he had to seek help after having the breaks beat off him. Oh and he is an entertainer that had to miss his shows, so on top of negligence and injuries he missed several tour dates due to the incident? Did I mention the robbers taped it? Punitive damages added to the tab......This winds up getting very expensive for the Circus Circus. Oh I forgot about those lawyer fees too! Long story short Circus Circus can be held liable and the case he has for himself is solid. I'm sure they are going to want to settle.
So Mess, you gonna sue em? btw u need to get tron treez to bring somme more of that dope production. Also, sober up and do another CD with Mitchy

If he snitched then the guys who did it would be getting thrown in the slammer and we would be hearin bout by now. I would like to think Messy had got insurance for the ice, but then again he didn't even have his own phone locked. Rappers need to do some other shit though besides jewelry. The idea of going on tour and runnin around other cities that's outta bounds for you all iced up is a bad idea. Its fine to rock the shit in your neighborhood, if these rappers really hold as much weight as they say they do in the streets. Rap is the only form of music where your fans will try to get at you on the streets, see if what they rap is real. Do you honestly believe Mess' peanut lawyer can get a dime out of Circus Circus in a Nevada court? You can't be serious. You have no idea of the type of legal team a casino like that has. Not even the hospital took his injury serious that's why he's mad at them. What he's going to sue them too? Take your beating like a man and learn a lesson from it.
