LOL at everyone clingin to their opinion like its democrats v. republicans or some shit. relax folks its just rap.

imo tho, loaded and the similar siccmade albums of that era sounded totally different than anything before or since then. they truly created a unique style they could call their own and no one elses. In an industry full of generic clones, that deserves respect.

the real mystery to me is why they got rid of that style in favor of mostly commercial sounding and accessible beats??? what made them change it up??? this baffles me.

Guarantee it was yo favorite!! Honestly i havn't met one person that even thought loaded was a good album till i came on this board..but i ain't a lynch dickrider like half the muthafuckas on here so...............slowly backs out of argument shaking my head in disgust and disbelief

I heard it back in the day and thought it sucked so i didn't buy it.. I did actually just listen to it again to see if theres somthin i missed?? I really don't understand the appeal of this album over season?? To me its like night and day which album is better! And i don't think i'm alone, sales don't lie but to each his own...

the first few times i heard loaded i hated it

i actually had to listen to it 5 or 6 times and listen to it the way it was made to be listened to.. start to finish while smokin a spliff (or 5) and that album is like a movie

now it's my favourite album of all time, i don't even have to be high to enjoy it

Also Season sound out dated like a muthafucka only songs that still sound relevent with today times is rest in piss and sicc made. Loaded has way better production and is on a whole another level them beats hit so hard on a system.
NO fuckin shit it sound outdated its from 1995! What the fuck does that even mean anyway?? "Outdated" so it aint relevant anymore? Planet Rock sounds outdated too, it dont mean its not a classic.

The truth

IMO....,Loaded was a disappointment because people expected the same vibe as season. That was a tough act to follow. Loaded had some good songs, but the production was not an the same page. The beats sounded boring (not all), sure you smoke enough weed and anything will sound like a hit, but that doesn't make it one.. At the time The Sacramento bee reported it was the fastest selling album from anyone from sac. So what happend? People wasnt feeling it once it had time to sink in. Lynch made some bad choices at a point of his career where he needed to follow up season with somthing major. Think about it,He was fuckin with Master P when No limit was un-stoppable. West Coast bad boys 2 should of had a banger on it from him. It wasnt up to par and people knew it. He was on MR serve-ons album and came so so on that project too. I blame the beats that he was given more then anything. When I heard Lynch on tech9s welcome to my world, I was thinking thats how he should come on all his new shit. Im a fan of lynch and this is just my opinion.

to me uthanizm was alright and WAY FUCKING better than anything lynch has released as of late. for instance, take the intro he had on uthanizm; lynch hasn't come close on any other verse like that since. although uthanizm had some bad features, it had also quite a few good ones. nonetheless, the production was original and sounded good imo. it is mind boggling to me that uthanizm gets such a bad rep, while some of his other projects don't but should instead. jmo
Uthanizm was a Tall can project not a Lynch project and yes, it sucked hella bad....The first Suspicion was wack as fuck and only had one good track on it....Haven't heard Suspicion 2 but..........

Heres the orginal cover with COS looking like the real Pillowcase Rapist.

Loaded is actually better the SOTS...The beats down right shit on the beats on Season and Lynch was gassin on Loaded....oth had super tight concepts although I got tired of hearing about q-Ball on Season but I understand thats where his head was at the time.

Actually that was a mock up cover done for quick internet promo. Here is the real cover that was suppose to be used. Don't really know what happened to the whole double album concept guess it got the bench when shit got sold to the siccness. A lot of tracks also got changed and/or dropped from the original tracklisting.

Season was its own monster and so was Loaded. I wonder if niggas like Lynch and Bo and X challenge themselves to make albums that can top what the majority of their fans say is their best work. Or do they go into it thinkin ONLY about the dollar?

Do you really have NO idea WHY they did that? I mean...you haven't even the SLIGHTEST clue WHY and UNDERGROUND artist would try and sound more MAINSTREAM? Really? Nothing?

BTW, i cant even listen to SODS anymore....that shit sounds corny as FUCK. Loaded has a much more mature sound production wise, and lyrically, he went to a WHOLE other level.

For me, its 24 Deep > Loaded >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> SODS

Both SOTS and Loaded are classics, Im feelin SOTS and 24 Deep more than Loaded but all were classic albums if 24 Deep had just a few more traccs it might be better than both, but all 3 were classic and still are.
