i never listened o a-wax until i saw that whole husalah thing on siccness a couple weeks ago lol

but checkin out his myspace and listening to a few albums he is pretty sick how come i never see him on anyones projects

^^He's sick! He has tons of good songs. I really like Junior high to the pen a lot and all the songs with Smigg are fuckin sick. My favorite song of his I think is Me and Mine with him, Smigg and I-Rocc.

make sure to check out some older albums such as 65 Gz, who got it, and savage timez (og).

ever since the mob figaz thing happened, wax has been MIA from bay area projects. Lately he been fuckin with a lot of san diego, arizona, and KC rappers.

I like his new shit more than his old. All of his music is good, but I like his newer style better.

I still want to know if A-Wax has ever done a show in the Bay...or for that matter any where else...I see he has a booking contact on the inside of Pyrex Music.

Ill be checking for his new shit on SMC/Konvict

Okay I want to address a few things...first off peope are alwayz saying Wax doesn't perform in the Bay etc....some people are just saying it because they are fans who want to see him perform and others are haterz who somehow think Wax is "scared" to perform. To be clear, Wax doesn't perform ANYWHERE...EVER. He doesn't like it. LOL.

Furthermore, 90% of your favorite artists dont get paid to perform so when you see these adundance of shows with 15 nobodies performing there is a good chance they aren't even getting free drinks. The truth is Wax really EATS...in music and out, so he has a hard time doing a "promo" show (i.e. promo meaning FREE).

We know all about promotion and how you have to get on and believe me the people on Wax's new management team are making changes so that Wax will be open to touring to help further his career.

So as far as shows Wax has done a few in his career one was in KC with Rich The Factor, Baby Bash at The Cow Palace, a couple in Oregon, thats really it....if promoters dont want to pay, what can we do???

Hopefully all that will change in the near future and we will bring Wax to a town near you.
