I never liked dudes music but supposedly him and Chuck D have a track together on there. Its suppose to be more mature sounding and shit. Any thoughts on this?

i havent heard it. But the tracks Ive heard from Nelly's new shit have been fire and thats without video n radio play. I think he's been prolongin his shit to make sure its planitum quality 100%

i might as well platinum quality aint attained by bein a lyricist, its part lyricist, part pop and part club banger

He does well enough with the part pop/part club banger to go platinum though.

I couldn't even tell you the last time a real lyricist went platinum. Well a "newer" lyricist that has only been around the last few years that is. Not older lyrical cats that still go platinum, not that there are many of those anymore either though lol.
