Need Help On Netflix

Hello friends. Hopefully, you are all well. I am posting the for a need. For the last couple of days, I am facing an issue on Netflix. That is whenever I am trying to launch Netflix on my smart TV, it gets stuck while loading. Guys, I don't know why this is happening and how to fix this issue. Even after I tried several attempts, but the issue is unchanged. Can anyone provide any suggestions for this?

i heard adding distilled water to the tv will fix this right way, seems like a cooling issue with the tv.

Thanks for replying. I have been posting this topic in the Movies and Television section. Although, already I found a after searching online. The issue is fixed after applying a process mentioned there.
